– For hot pack:
* Microwave: Fold the front and heat it 1~2 minutes. Then,heat it 1~2 minutes after fold back part.
(If you heat only front or back part, it can’t heat enough).
* Boiling water : You have to heat it for 7~10 minutes , covered with towels.
(If you don’t cover pack with towels, it can be damaged).
– For cool pack:
* Put it in refrigerator 2~3 hours.
* Put it in freezer 30 minutes.
( If you put it in freezer more than 30 minutes, dew condensation makes wet so, inconvenient to use or damaged).
[Precautions]
– You have to use it covered with towels.
– Keep the time. If you heat it in microwave more than 5 minutes, it can be damaged.
– Do not sit it on or step it on.
– Do not children or the old use alone.
